Looking at the summary of my riding for the year to date, I've had a few peaks and troughs already. I've made it out onto the road 41 times in 72 days, which is slightly better than once every other day. Not a bad statistic, but one that will have to improve as the months progress. By comparison with my training effort to the same time last year, I have definitely had a much better start to the year in 2012. I've not had a drink this year either, which has helped my motivation.

2012 Bottlemart Smiddy Challenge for Smiling for Smiddy
