This is your chance to ride the classic climbs of the Tour de France, fully suported by an experienced operator, and raise funds for cancer research! Over 750 kilometres, riders take on over 12,000m of climbing, including Tour Classics such as Col du Tourmalet, D'Aspin, D'Aubisque, Peyresourde and more.
The inaugural Pyrenees Smiddy Challenge raises funds for Mater Medical Research Institute to support research into melanoma, prostate cancer and complementary therapies for cancer patients. Held in memory of Adam Smiddy, who passed away to an aggressive cancer aged 26, Smiling for Smiddy delivers inspired challenge events which engage individuals & communities to raise funds for cancer research.
